Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.1 Corinthians 9:24

For those of you who have done sports in your past, you remember what it was like to train for game day. No one ever trains to lose but they train as hard as they can so that on game day they will be victorious.

God calls us to train in the same way. We strive for Holiness, push for obedience and chase the Spirit of God all in an effort to be found victorious on the day of God.

Let us today train like that athlete preparing for game day. May we push ourselves deeper into Christ and the things of God for we know that victory is found in the Lord Jesus Christ!
