If you were to walk into any gym today you would be met with a room full of people working hard, all with the same idea in mind. They have all been told the same promise, work hard and you will see results.

We, as Christians, work ourselves toward a goal also. This goal does not just affect the here and now but it holds promise for the present life and the one to come. We should be striving for Godliness every day pressing onwards towards our goal of a relationship with Jesus Christ that will last through eternity.

We have hope in our Savior. Such hope that it presses you forward every day into more Godliness and a deeper relationship. I pray today that His promise would be firmly fixed in our minds as we labor and strive to become more like Him!
