Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

Last night, we learned that Jesus Christ is the breathe of God. He is the supreme spoken word of God that is the radiance of God the Father.
This supreme spoken word of God came so that we could crucify our flesh. Without Him we are dead in our transgressions but with Him we have the power to nail our old self to the cross and be raised into a new life, a life ruled by the Spirit of God.

I pray that the WORD of God would come alive inside of your heart. That the flesh would fall away and the Word would rule over your heart and over your life.

“Just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.”

Thank you Lord for sending your Word to grant new life.
