But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore He says:

When reading this I am immediately reminded of the mighty victory that Jesus Christ had on the cross. He was a king that entered into the realm of the enemy. In the enemy’s own house He claimed victory and then collected the spoils of war. He then ascended on high, entering into the heavenly realms at the head of an army returning home from war. The spoils He collected He did not keep to Himself but distributed them to His beautiful bride, The Church.

Any gifts the church is blessed with today is rooted in the victory that Jesus Christ had on the cross. We should be moving every day in victory for He has overcome death, hell and the grave. He is a Mighty Warrior and our banner of victory!
