So many of us can tell all about the victories that God has had in their lives. How he has transformed us, delivered us and had victory over our ways of the past.

Banners were used during war time to identify the army that was approaching. It was meant to be a signal of strength and unity when an army would raise their banner high for their enemy to see. Armies would raise them up in expectation of the victory that was to come.

We too have seen God accomplish victory after victory in our lives. We should be raising the banner of God high above our heads every time we are faced with a trial. For if God has had victory in the past, we know that He will have victory again.

Our banners should always be with us. They have Gods name written on them and are a constant reminder of the victory that He has had and the victory that He will have again.

So let us raise up our banners and shout for joy for the victory that God will continue to have in our lives and in the church!
