Then I thought, “To this I will appeal:
the years when the Most High stretched out his right hand.
I will remember the deeds of the Lord;
yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.
I will consider all your works
and meditate on all your mighty deeds.”Psalm 77:10-12

When God stretches out His hand and acts it always causes life altering, supernatural change. Miracles like that are not meant to just affect you in that moment but are so powerful that they should be causing a stirring in your heart for every day you’re alive.

Do you remember the day that God rescued you? Do you remember the time He saw you through a trial or pulled you out of calamity?

The works of God are not meant to be forgotten but we should be looking back in thankfulness every day. How can our relationship with God ever become lukewarm when we are constantly proclaiming Gods goodness and thanking Him for all the miracles that we have seen in our lives?

As great as the things ahead may be, we cannot forget about all Gods goodness in the past. This day, let us not only look forward to what is to come but let us continually give thanks for what He has already accomplished in our midst.
